we stayed at yellowhead motel, and it was fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. the room was spacious, clean, and had a nice cabin-like feel. our two-year-old loved the nearby children's playground. overall, a very kid-friendly and welcoming place to stay!

This hotel is a fantastic value for money! the rooms are spacious and super clean, with rustic furniture that adds charm. Conveniently located right off the highway, it's perfect for breaking up a journey. the comfortable bed and larger fridge are definite highlights.
It could use some updates here and there.

The kids enjoyed the spacious playground and the pool area. The family, friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the convenient location near local attractions was a huge bonus. Cons: My wife says that having a mini, fridge in the room for storing snacks and drinks would have been a great addition for families with children.

I stayed for two nights over Christmas Eve, and it was a delightful experience. the location is fantastic, away from the busy highway, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Parking is right by the room for easy access, and the amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker made my stay even more convenient. the fast Wi-Fi and stunning mountain views were definite highlights. Plus, the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The room we got exceeded expectations with an extra bedroom and a separate "kitchen" area – very impressive setup, mate! the motel's quiet vibe, surrounded by beautiful mountains, was a real treat, perfect spot for some time out. One downside though, smokers hanging around due to the attractive prices, but it ain't a deal-breaker, just a minor nuisance. Overall, an awesome time at this throwback style joint 🏨.
